Email works best
I'm usually on a gig, at a rehearsal, or in a classroom during the day, so email is the fastest way to get a real answer. I typically reply within a day.
Calls and texts are fine too, but if I don't pick up, an email will get answered sooner than a voicemail.
What to include so I can quote quickly
- Date and time of the event, including when you'd like me set up and ready by
- Venue name or address, and whether it's indoors, outdoors, or both
- What kind of event it is: band, comedy, wedding, speaker, fundraiser, etc.
- The lineup: how many acts or speakers, and roughly what instruments or how many mics
- Expected crowd size
- Whether you want lighting or hosting as well as sound

Based in Las Cruces, New Mexico. No travel charge anywhere in Las Cruces, Mesilla, or Doña Ana County. A small travel fee for El Paso, Deming, Alamogordo, Silver City, Truth or Consequences, and the rest of southern New Mexico and far west Texas.
